Overview

Senior Manager, IT Identity & Access (IAM) – Chicago, IL or Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the design, deployment and operations of the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) within Kraft Heinz, focusing on governance, compliance and scalability across a global infrastructure. This role collaborates with IT Security, HR and business units to implement role-based access controls, automate provisioning processes and drive regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, implementation and ongoing management of the Saviynt IAM / IGA platform.
  • Define and manage identity lifecycle processes: user provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, role management and policy enforcement.
  • Design and implement access request workflows, SOD (Segregation of Duties) policies and automated access reviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Compliance and business functions to ensure appropriate role-based access and policy alignment.
  • Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications and systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow and on-premises systems.
  • Monitor platform performance, usage metrics and generate reports to support audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead a team of IAM engineers and analysts and coordinate with vendors, system integrators and support providers as needed.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM / IGA with 2+ years focused on Saviynt platform architecture and administration.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining Saviynt EIC, including configurations, connector setup, role modelling, access certification campaigns and SOD policies.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, governance, compliance and IAM protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
  • Saviynt certifications (e.g., Saviynt certified implementation specialist); CISSP or CISM preferred.
  • Experience with cloud IAM environments (Azure AD, on-prem applications).

Compensation & Benefits

New Hire Base Salary Range: 118,400.00 - $148,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
