• 8+ years driving growth through cross-functional teams (sales, technical, marketing, legal).
• 7+ years building and leading large teams in matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the AWS Canada vision and strategy across the full business lifecycle.
• Lead coordinated go-to-market investment plans and execution.
• Operate the business through effective pipeline and opportunity management.
• Influence internal leadership decisions using consolidated field insights.
• Build and mentor a high-performing seller organization.
