A leading healthcare provider in British Columbia is seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to lead the Medicine pharmacy team. The role entails providing specialist pharmaceutical advice, developing clinical services, and managing the pharmacy team. Ideal candidates will have substantial clinical pharmacy experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to improving patient safety. This position offers a salary of £64,455 to £74,896 per annum, with options for flexible working arrangements.
Due to the promotion of the previous post holder, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced clinical pharmacist with management experience to lead our Medicine pharmacy team and develop clinical services.
We are looking for someone with vision, who can engage with and influence a range of different leaders and healthcare professionals including medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. Working closely with senior leaders in the Medicine and Emergency clinical board and the pharmacy leadership team, you will be expected to deliver operational and strategic priorities, such as delivering cost savings, reducing length of stay and improving patient safety.
