As a senior integrated monitoring advisor, you help develop and implement Desjardins’s integrated supervisory framework, while participating in monitoring activities within the Risk Management Executive Division. You make recommendations on highly complex initiatives that require a deep understanding of risk management and the organization. You lead and influence diverse practitioners in complex, strategic cross-sector mandates. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Advise and support risk experts in positioning, planning, developing, executing and following up on integrated monitoring initiatives and mandates
  • Develop and implement the integrated monitoring program
  • Help optimize and operationalize the integrated monitoring process within the Risk Management Executive Division
  • Produce regular reports to senior management and to the appropriate bodies
  • Identify, analyze and diagnose complex issues and make recommendations to the relevant decision-making bodies
  • Continuously improve process management
