Our freight forwarding client is searching for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure and providing top-notch support to staff. Responsibilities
- Hardware Management : Purchase, warranty, repair, and setup of hardware to ensure all equipment is functional and up-to-date
- Software Integration : Conduct software trials and manage new integration projects to enhance IT capabilities
- CRM Customizations : Customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific operational needs
- Security Monitoring : Perform 1st-level security monitoring to protect systems from potential threats
- User License Management : Manage Office 365 user licenses to ensure compliance and optimal usage
- SharePoint Customization : Customize SharePoint using Power Automate and Flow to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- ERP System Tickets : Manage the creation, follow-up, and deployment of tickets related to the internal ERP operational system. The actual resolution of these tickets will be handled by the ERP provider’s support team
- PowerBI and Data Integration : Set up and troubleshoot issues related to PowerBI and data transfer / integration to support data-driven decision-making
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software management
- Basic understanding of security monitoring and user license management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Assets
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customizations and SharePoint
- Familiarity with PowerBI and data integration processes
