A leading furniture brand in Montreal is seeking a Senior Furniture Designer to innovate and shape the next generation of products. In this role, you will manage the design process from concept to production, ensuring high standards in quality and user experience. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in ecommerce furniture design and is proficient in SolidWorks and Adobe Suite. This position offers a competitive salary and a creative work environment.
At Cozey, we’re rethinking what furniture can be. From how it’s designed and built to how it’s lived with, we believe great design should be accessible, adaptable, and made with people in mind.
As Canada’s fastest-growing furniture brand, we bring together the speed and flexibility of ecommerce with the craft and care of a design studio. Our in-house R&D and prototyping space is where ideas take shape every day. It’s a place where designers and product developers collaborate to test, refine, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re working toward a bold vision: to become the most loved and innovative furniture brand in the world. That means staying true to our core values of customer experience, modular design, and product excellence.
As Senior Furniture Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the next generation of Cozey products across upholstery, case goods, and modular systems. This is a highly demanding position that requires rigor, precision, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
Working closely with Evan Clabots, VP of Product Development and Innovation, you will take ideas from concept sketch through to full-scale production. Every stage of the process calls for both design sensitivity and technical mastery. From material choices to engineering solutions, your work will define how Cozey products look, feel, and perform in people’s homes.
Excellence at Cozey means blending imagination with discipline. We are looking for someone who thrives on iteration, values craft, and consistently notices the details others might miss. In this role, the standards are high because the impact is meaningful: the furniture you design will influence how thousands of people live with Cozey every day.
