As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic insights, supporting high‑impact initiatives, and strengthening the financial foundation of an organization recognized globally for its engineering excellence and industry leadership.

Description

Provide Business Partner financial support to Functional Directors and Leaders including management reporting and analysis, review and assessment of headcount, overtime, operating expenses, and other finance related activities.

Participate in and support confidential financial/analytical activities influencing operational decision making.

Complete all monthly/quarterly financial activities and/or financial reporting for assigned functional areas, including assisting other senior financial analysts as required.

Prepare and monitor budget/forecast(s) for assigned business areas. Monitor actual versus budget variances on a monthly basis and analyze trends.

Work with business to identify, track and manage risks and opportunities to committed budget/forecast.

Support the development and implementation of enhanced tools and processes including Power BI and participate in S4 HANA transition.

Provide internal/external audit support including ensuring ongoing compliance to internal controls as required by OSC.
