Job Description
- Learn new technologies quickly and research industry trends and new capabilities for Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Develop documentation for audit, standard operating procedures, change management, and knowledge articles.
- Evaluate risk and implement controls to meet compliance requirements such as Statement of Sensitivity (SOS) and Security Threat Risk Assessment (STRA).
- Provide technical support and analysis to projects to ensure implementation of high-quality solutions.
- Support the Service Manager and Service Owner with day-to-day operational duties, ensuring services operate at peak efficiency.
- Configure service architecture to minimize costs and optimize user and management experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Provider and other technical teams.
- Contribute to developing team technical skills through cross-training, formal training, and stretch assignments.
Requirement / Must Have
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline with 6 years progressive related experience; or
- 2-year diploma in related discipline with 8 years progressive related experience; or
- 1-year certificate in related discipline with 9 years progressive related experience; or
- 10 years progressive related experience.
- Experience developing on cloud platforms and utilizing cloud services in development and solutions (3 years).
- Experience defining technical architecture, building technical environments, supporting software development processes, software configuration, and database management (5 years).
- Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders across ministries or departments (5 years).
- Experience in multiple architecture domains: business, application, technology, data/information, security, and privacy (3 years).
- Experience with process improvement, documentation, and requirement gathering (5 years).
- Experience with triaging technical issues and troubleshooting (3 years).
- Experience in written and verbal communication, including drafting strategic business and technical documentation (5 years).
Should Have / Nice to Have
- Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing, or implementing M365 products and services (1 year).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform products and services (1 year).
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting applications in enterprise IT environments (5 years).
- Experience designing architecture to support remote work and/or field-based workers (5 years).
- Experience developing new IT services, including service definitions, measurements, cost models, processes, implementation, and operational handover (3 years).
- Experience with IT infrastructure architecture and component relationships in IT services (1 year).
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing complex IT solutions (3 years).
- Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, and IT application development and maintenance projects (3 years).
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments (3 years).
- Experience working in an agile development environment (2 years).
- Experience performing IT or business analysis, diagnosis, problem-solving, use case/scenario development, communication, presentations, planning, estimating, and documentation (3 years).
