What You’ll Do

1. Set the vision for traffic management, capacity planning, and load testing at Affirm.
2. Hire and lead engineers with expertise in load shedding, rate limiting, caching, etc.
3. Lead annual peak season planning across the technology organization.
4. Partner with teams to roll out capacity planning and load testing tools.
5. Participate in engineering-wide roadmap planning.

This role requires a leader who can set a strong vision and get involved in the details, understanding our business, systems, and team.

Salary Range: $270,000 - $310,000 per year
