A leading transportation management software company in Toronto seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to work on innovative projects using AI-driven automation to enhance engineering productivity. Candidates should have extensive experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD optimization, and are expected to mentor team members. The culture is collaborative and focused on impactful work, offering competitive perks such as a comprehensive benefits package and a fun, engaging office environment.
Rose Rocket 🚀 is a market leader in Transportation Management Software. We’re a startup going after the $700+ billion dollar trucking industry, leading the shift to SaaS while revolutionizing the way trucking companies sell, service, and innovate. We are a “more human, less corporate” culture that is built around doing work that matters, winning as a team, and celebrating success. We’d love to hear from you if you want to build this with us.
We understand that joining a team is one of the most important decisions you make ❤️, and adding a team member is one of the most important decisions we’ll make. Through our process, we want you to get to know us and understand how you approach problems, learn, and what motivates you.
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role goes beyond traditional DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure. You'll work on high-impact projects that multiply productivity across our engineering teams and ultimately our customers, increasingly through AI-driven automation and intelligent abstractions.
In this role, you’ll bridge developer experience with low-level infrastructure, building platforms and tools that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining safety, reliability, and scale.
Engineers at Rose Rocket are expected to mentor teammates, set excellent examples, and help guide technical decisions in the right direction. We’re solving exciting challenges: increasing engineering velocity through automation, maintaining SOC 2 security compliance, and building for scale as we grow. If you’re energized by creating leverage and amplifying productivity across an organization, we’d love to connect.
Don’t sweat it if you don’t have everything listed above. We believe in growth and curiosity. If you have some of these qualities and are excited about this opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
