We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to work closely with engineering teams to provide a reliable and scalable platform for our production systems. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex challenges, shape our tools and processes, and work on meaningful projects within a supportive environment that fosters learning and growth.

What You'll Do :

• Use modern automation tools to build, operate, and improve critical service environments across multiple sites.
• Scale systems sustainably through automation and implement improvements to enhance reliability and velocity.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to promote the technical vision for product development and deployment.
• Develop processes for auditing and monitoring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Research and prototype new solutions and third-party tools to keep our systems up to date with modern standards.

What You'll Bring :

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a DevOps role.
• Experience managing and supporting critical production systems in live environments.
• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Unix.
• Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with major cloud providers; experience with EKS and infrastructure management is a plus.
• Knowledge of managing and deploying Kubernetes clusters in production.
• Familiarity with modern code repositories and CI tools is preferred.
• A sense of ownership and passion for technology is desirable.
