Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Senior Developers are key technologists on a product delivery team. They contribute to both front-end and back-end architecture and implementation, helping guide the team in designing scalable, secure, and performant applications. You will shape the technical direction of projects, ensure work is well-sequenced and high-quality, and align with customer needs. You’ll bring a solution-oriented mindset, deep coding expertise, and an interest in mentoring peers. You will be responsible for delivering features end-to-end—from database to user interface—while promoting best practices in testing, observability, and continuous delivery.
AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. The preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Montreal Area.
