Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace structural systems with composite and stress disciplines.
• Experience with full lifecycle development from concept to production and certification.
• Familiarity with eVTOL certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA).
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and structural design, material selection, and component testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement platform-level mechanical systems.
• Design structural and mechanical components for critical systems.
• Optimize structures for strength, stiffness, fatigue, and thermal performance.
• Interface with suppliers to validate material choices.
• Participate in failure investigations and root cause analyses.
