Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Decision Support Specialist with strong expertise in Advanced Data Analytics & Data Science to join our dynamic team. The Senior Decision Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing data-driven decision-making across the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging complex datasets to provide advanced analytics, forecasts, and data science expertise to support clinical programs, corporate initiatives, and improve operational efficiency and patient care. The successful candidate will partner with hospital leadership, clinicians, and external collaborators to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance patient care, resource utilization, and system performance.
