A leading online dating platform based in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Monetization Pod. This role involves driving business-critical insights through data analysis and A/B testing to optimize value creation for users and the company. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. We are a top revenue-driving brand in the Match Group and offer a hybrid work model: in-office in downtown Vancouver on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote the rest of the week. There may be roles that require more than three days in the office.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Monetization Pod, driving business-critical insights and shaping how Plenty of Fish creates value for users and the company. You’ll thrive if you’re a strategic thinker who can operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and proactively identify opportunities for impact.
As a key player in an experimentation-driven environment, you’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing and feature uptake, and identify new monetization levers. You’ll also collaborate with analysts across engagement, marketing, and trust & safety to ensure a unified view of the user experience.
116,000–$130,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
