About the role: As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll own the design and delivery of analytics that support day-to-day operations and long-term growth. You’ll partner with operations, product, and leadership teams to measure performance, optimize processes, and uncover opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll move between data wrangling, analysis, dashboarding, and strategic problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operations and business stakeholders to identify KPIs, build reporting, and track performance across manufacturing logistics functions.
  • Develop scalable dashboards and self-service tools that empower non-technical teams to access insights.
  • Dive into complex datasets to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Lead data investigations to support key operational and strategic decisions.
  • Mentor junior analysts and set best practices for analytics across the team.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to improve data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in high-growth startups or operationally intensive industries (logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large relational datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
  • Strong communication skills; able to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and willing to get into the details to understand the problem and create the right data solutions.
Why You’ll Love It at Clutch
  • Competitive compensation package with equity options.
  • Opportunity to have outsized impact in a scaling startup.
  • A collaborative, data-driven culture where your insights directly shape the business.
  • Flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on work-life balance.
