Our client is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal with at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience. CORES Level 111 is required. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will lead and mentor the junior members of the team.

Duties:

  • Conduct due diligence and minute book reviews, preparing reports, and updating documents
  • Incorporate and organize AB and federal corporations, amendments, amalgamations, and dissolutions
  • Corporate registry filing-CORES Level 1-111
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Legal Assistant Diploma or Certificate
  • CORES Level 111 required
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work in the office
