A provincial transportation authority in Ontario is seeking a change-oriented expert to join their Contract Management Office. This role involves providing senior technical support, leading projects related to construction delivery, and guiding policy development. The management and oversight of MTO's construction and engineering services delivery models involves complex business processes. MTO has adopted models such as Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) and Design-Build (DB) where they provide the best outcomes for project delivery.

You will function as a subject-matter expert, providing senior level technical advice and support to meet project strategic priorities and deliverables working independently and as part of a team.
You will lead and conduct projects related to maintenance and improvement of engineering contract delivery and governance and oversight approaches related to CMGC and DB.
You will provide guidance to project staff involved in the development of policy, procedures and manuals.
