Join our team! AGF is looking for a bilingual Senior Change Manager to join its dynamic team. This is a full-time hybrid position based at our Longueuil office. Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, the Senior Change Manager is responsible for integrating change management best practices into major strategic projects, with a primary focus on digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with Human Resources, project teams, and business leaders across Canada, this person will play a key role in building change capability across AGF.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in change theory and tools, but knows how to flex and adapt them to suit AGF’s evolving organizational maturity, operational culture, and the varying readiness levels across teams and divisions. Over time, the role will evolve to contribute more broadly to organizational development priorities.

About the Role – Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of an enterprise-wide change management (CM) framework and approach;
  • Support project teams by embedding change management strategies into the planning and execution phases of key initiatives, starting with digital transformation projects;
  • Adapt change management approaches to reflect the realities of AGF’s diverse work environments, cultural nuances, and varying levels of change readiness;
  • Develop and implement communication and engagement strategies tailored to different stakeholder groups;
  • Design tools to assess change readiness, measure adoption risks, and track progress;
  • Act as a strategic advisor and CM lead, ensuring change initiatives are successfully communicated, adopted, and sustained;
  • Coach, train, and mentor managers, change agents, subject matter experts, and project team members throughout the change journey;
  • Serve as an internal expert on change management principles, practices, and capability-building;
  • Provide support on broader organizational development initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, engagement, succession planning, and the use of psychometric tools;
  • Contribute to fostering a strong, agile, and change-ready culture;
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You – The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field;
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in change management;
  • 1 to 3 years of broader organizational development experience is an asset;
  • Change management certification or diploma (e.g., Prosci, CCMP or Agile Change Agent) is a must-have;
  • Experience implementing change management strategies as part of digital transformation projects;
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility, adapting best practices to fit business realities;
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, facilitation, and coaching skills;
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment;
  • Full bilingualism (French and English) is required.
