Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with seniors’ health in a continuing care environment.
• Current registration and membership in good standing in the applicable Province.
• Current CPR training; First Aid and MDS training.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the inter-professional team applying a person-centered approach to care.
• Complete and ensure resident's clinical care assessments and documentation are accurate.
• Provide direct resident care and medication/treatment administration.
