A leading food and beverage company is seeking a Senior Brand Manager in Toronto to drive the brand strategy for Canada Coffee. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of marketing experience in CPG and possess strong strategic and communication skills. This hybrid role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing brand priorities, and developing financial plans while fostering team growth.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be at the center for some of the biggest decisions we make.
The Senior Brand Manager – Canada Coffee will be responsible for delivering an annual and long-term brand strategy and financial operating plan specifically for Canada Coffee, informed by a deep understanding of the consumer, customer and category dynamics using the Brand Growth System framework, while leading a small team.
This role suits someone who is strategic, entrepreneurial, works independently, is comfortable with ambiguity, has a strong bias for action, and excellent communication skills. The person must be comfortable working across the organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward.
New Hire Base Salary Range: $143,800.00 - $179,700.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
