• Experience in budget management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aviation ground operations staff and scheduling.
• Coordinate staff hiring and training with HR.
• Manage collective agreements and grievance resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory audits and safety protocols.
• Act as Lead for IS-BAH certification implementation.
