What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the design and execution of energy conservation programs, including annual planning and performance monitoring
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights for program decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective program delivery
- Manage invoices and oversee delivery agent contracts to maintain compliance with standards
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, contract management, and special projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Related university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 2-4 years of experience in energy conservation, marketing, program design, or implementation; or an additional 3 years of related experience in lieu of a university degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in the energy conservation sector or with program design and implementation
- Familiarity with budgeting and contract management processes
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing plans for energy programs
