Qualifications

About You:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with AWS AI/ML services
• Hands-on experience with LLMS, NLP, and conversational AI
• Expertise in Python/PySpark and other modern ML frameworks
• Track record of successful AI project delivery in enterprise environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

YourRole:

We're looking for a technical Senior AI Developer to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives, with particular focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions using AWS/UiPath/Databricks, and conversational AI technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Design and implement AI solutions using AWS services, UiPath, Databricks, and other cloud platforms
• Develop and optimize machine learning models, including LLMs and conversational AI systems
• Contribute to the establishment of technical standards, MLOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
• Participate in proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to drive innovation
• Ensure AI solutions Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical AI principles
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure)
• Contribute to the end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring and maintenance
