  • Oversee accuracy and inventory balances per company policies.
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules.
  • Assist in annual income tax and other regulatory filings.
  • Oversee payroll processing.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff on full-cycle accounting processes as required.
  • Conduct internal controls assessments and risk reviews.
  • Support system implementations and process improvements.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.

About the Role

  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite preferred.
  • CPA designation is a strong asset but not required.
