The Senior Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to KEV customers in their region and guides their success with KEV SchoolCash products. The role involves increasing adoption and usage of these products, and is responsible for revenue growth within accounts. Candidates should have a strong SaaS background, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Collaboration with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development is essential to optimize the customer experience.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage the customer portfolio for the region, understanding accounts and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure successful adoption of KEV's solutions
  • Drive value realization and ensure customers achieve expected ROI
  • Represent customer feedback to internal teams regarding product, services, and support
  • Monitor customer health, product usage, and adoption to ensure retention
  • Expand revenue through upgrades, cross-sell/add-on sales, and increased transactional usage
  • Lead customer meetings and business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to generate references, case studies, and partnership opportunities
  • Participate in industry and customer conferences such as user groups and associations
Requirements and Skills :
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships with a focus on upsell/cross-sell
  • Experience in K-12 education sector preferred
  • Ability to build relationships at multiple organizational levels
  • Proven ability to facilitate product adoption
  • Self-driven with resilience to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews (QBR)
  • Knowledge of school accounting and bookkeeping is an asset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
