A community health centre is seeking a SEED Manager to lead their food access and social enterprise program. This role involves strategic oversight, financial management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in program management, financial skills, and a commitment to equity and food justice. Strong leadership abilities are essential as you'll oversee a diverse portfolio and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position is based in Guelph, Ontario, working 35 hours per week.

Through food access, food skills, social enterprise, and community partnerships, The SEED works to reduce barriers to health and wellbeing while building a more just and resilient food system.
The SEED Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of programs, social enterprises, partnerships, and staff, all while ensuring alignment with GCHC’s mission, strategic priorities, and governance framework.
