Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
• Valid Manitoba Driver’s License.
• A clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Minimum one year experience as a Security Supervisor or equivalent.
• Previous managerial/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day shift operations.
• Conduct training and ongoing coaching for staff.
• Act as the site Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and patrols.

Education

Grade 12 or GED equivalent
