Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Manage cyber operational readiness preparation activities and games time operations.
  • Coordinate SOC and global RTOC SOC teams in managing Cyber Incident Response processes and procedures during critical and non-critical periods leading up to and during game time
  • Assist with security monitoring, incident triage, access management, and compliance with established cyber security policies and standards.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
The Team

Our Cyber Strategy & Transformation offering develops and transforms cyber programs in line with a client's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture. Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in consulting and project management within cybersecurity, enabling effective coordination with technical teams, leadership, and clients during operational and incident response activities
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Security Operations and Incident Response activities, including monitoring, incident triage, escalation, and support during both critical and non-critical operational periods.
  • Proven experience coordinating and working with international SOC teams across multiple geographies, supporting global cyber operations and incident response processes in complex, multi-market environments.
  • Experience contributing to cyber operational readiness activities, including preparation, testing, and support of security controls and processes ahead of and during high-pressure operational phases.
  • Practical experience working under established cybersecurity governance, policies, and standards, supporting access management, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $175,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
