Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Security – Entra ID & Active Directory Engineer located in Germany or the EMEA region. The candidate must be fluent in German and be willing to travel within Germany, Switzerland, or Austria.

Must Have Skills

• Entra ID (enterprise apps, conditional access, PIM, Connect, External ID)
• Active Directory: Hardening
• Multifactor Authentication Engagements
• Supporting nearly 5 customers with modernizing their on‑prem AD and securing their Entra ID. Sharing best practices and supporting implementation and feature rollout.
• Some very large customer with complex architectures.

Should Have Skills

• Active Directory: Tiering
• Protocols: Solid knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0
• Security & Governance: Least privilege, admin consent, identity lifecycle, compliance controls.

Nice to Have Skills

• Automation: PowerShell (MSGraph/Entra modules), Graph API usage; CI/CD for app config (optional but preferred).
• Troubleshooting: SSO break/fix, token/claim analysis, certificate management, SP metadata.
