A school district in York Region is seeking Secondary Occasional Teachers for the 2025/2026 school year, particularly in high-need areas like Business, Computer Science, Technological Studies, and French. Candidates must hold qualifications in Intermediate and Senior for two subjects and be members in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. As a requirement, applicants must provide a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC). PVSC results may name other employers and must be within six (6) months prior to the scheduled start date. Acceptable PVSCs from other Ontario authorities may be considered.
