Accent CPA is a growing regional accounting firm. During personal tax season, our Brandon office brings on additional administrative support to help our team deliver an excellent client experience. We’re looking for a Seasonal Tax Administrator who is organized, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet clients and assist with the intake of personal tax documents
  • Organize and sort client information
  • Prepare and assemble completed personal tax packages
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks throughout tax season
What You Bring
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting or tax software is an asset
  • Previous experience with personal tax preparation is an asset but not required
