ABOUT THE ROLE

The Restock Driver will retrieve inventory from floor and up-stock locations for Product Transfers and deliver to designated areas for stocking or shipment. The role requires operating machinery in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Compensation and Schedule

$20.60 hourly

Monday - Friday (11:30 AM – 8:00 PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Onsite: 8586 Trade Center Dr. Suite 100 - West Chester, OH 45011

Note: As a seasonal hire you will have a defined employment time period, 90 days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment as needed (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets, and Company WMS).
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimums (CPH) with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately
• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Ability to prioritize assignments to meet cut-off times
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.)
• Willing to perform other duties as required
• Able to work overtime if required

Protective Equipment

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment (safety toe shoes, bump caps, and safety vest). PPE is provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.

Physical Demands

Standing and walking for an 8+ hour shift; frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing are required for operating warehouse machinery.

Working Environment

• Warehouse environment with conditions ranging from warm to cool.
• Operate around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
