We provide professional-level quality home services, including painting and staining for both interior and exterior projects.

Our goal is for our clients to fall back in love with their homes and be in awe of the before and after transformation. We are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions to the most motivated, willing, and coachable individuals to join our dynamic team. We want you to be proud of the work you produce and to take ownership of your responsibilities.

Requirements :

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary). You will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will become a pro in no time!
• Must have your own car or reliable transportation
• Reliable and hardworking
• Coachable

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of quality and completing in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized site and project
• Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner
• Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around the work site

Compensation :

• $18.50 - $25/hr depending on experience and responsibility
