Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in composite wind turbine blade repair.
• Ability to complete multi-layer structural repairs.
• Able to calculate mixing ratios and curing times of composite repair materials.
• Knowledge of lightning protection system testing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety role model and intervene when unsafe acts are identified.
• Assess, plan and perform composite repairs as required.
• Perform basic and complex fiberglass repairs on wind turbine blades.
• Document repair progress and prepare repair reports.
• Liaise with management on project work.
