Seasonal Associate (Concierge)

Do you enjoy the hustle and bustle of holiday season? Are you looking for full-time/part-time work? We are hiring back-of-house seasonal associates for our stores!

What are we hiring for in our stores?

Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to Inspire a Life of Style and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary).

What we offer
  • Competitive pay rate between $18- $20/hour, based on experience
  • 0 – 39 hours per week

Duties
  • Provide excellent level of customer service to all clients acting as an ambassador
  • Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
  • Manage incoming inquiries and requests (in person at information kiosks) via phone or email and respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Process gift cards and other duties as required
Requirements
  • Passionate about the brand and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for periods of time, moving between the store and back-office areas
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends during the holiday season between October 20th and January 10th
