A healthcare institution in Ontario is hiring for a Scheduling Coordinator in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining staff schedules according to collective agreements and entering data into the PeopleSoft system. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 education, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator will be required to develop and maintain all aspects of staff schedules in accordance with the Collective Agreements and the specific staffing needs of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Program.
Additionally, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for data entry and reconciliation of data on the PeopleSoft Time and Labour system including follow up on issues related to PeopleSoft activity.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology Program provides a range of services for the health needs of women. The Program consists of 3 inpatient units (4B, 4C and Labour & Delivery), and 2 outpatient clinics (4B and 4F Women's Clinics).
