Are you an experienced Scheduler with a heart for senior care? At Plan A Toronto, we are seeking energetic, experienced and knowledgeable Schedulers to join our team. As a Scheduler, you are responsible for ensuring the assigned schedules are at full compliment thus ensuring optimal resident care. Reporting to the Office Manager in the Home, you will be posting and assigning shifts to ensure a complete staffing strategy for the home. This includes managing call-ins, and time-off requests from employees to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs.
