Job description
Scope of Work / Project Description

The Contractor will be required to conduct a thorough analysis of existing data systems, collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs, and develop a phased migration plan that incorporates best practices and industry standards while creating training documents. Update SOPs and training documents to ensure they are easy to comprehend.

Utilize analytical tools to meticulously evaluate client data, pinpointing key trends and identifying areas for enhancement in operational processes. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable insights that drive efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately contributing to improved client satisfaction and business outcomes. Maintain a focus on continuous improvement by leveraging industry’s best practices and methodologies, ensuring recommendations are both innovative and aligned with organizational goals.

Phase 1

Phase 1: Identifying areas for process optimization, and implementing best practices tailored to client requirements. Review current state with subject matter experts (SMEs) and map out a detailed flow chart.

Phase 2

Phase 2: Focusing on enhancing system efficiency, this objective entails conducting thorough analyses to pinpoint areas of latency or resource bottlenecks within the SAP environment. Discuss and map out future state with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Phase 3

Phase 3: The primary objective is to assess and analyze system performance metrics consistently, delivering comprehensive reports to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. These reports should encapsulate key performance indicators, insights on system efficiency, potential bottlenecks, and recommendations for optimization. Emphasis should be placed on leveraging industry-standard tools and methodologies to ensure accuracy and clarity. The outcome should facilitate informed decision-making and align with organizational goals, while also fostering proactive maintenance and enhancement of system functionalities.
