WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the heartbeat of the salon by managing all operations and providing leadership and tools for success.
  • Lead by example to help your staff increase their clientele and grow the business. Focus on the salon's profitability and teach stylists the ins and outs of business.
  • Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality for each guest.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally and efficiently.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Lead by example, with a strong customer service orientation, and resolve challenges professionally.
  • Excel at training and developing your team, creating a positive environment, and maintaining the salon's bottom line.
  • Hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by your state/provincial regulations.
  • Are flexible with your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Are tech-savvy and capable of performing administrative tasks, including closing out the system at day's end.
  • Can read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Are available to attend mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel if necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Good eyesight to observe guests' hair, including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.
  • Comfortable moving around, standing, lifting, and reaching. Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs occasionally.
  • Willing to work with chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.
