Reporting To: Chief Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, system integration, and cloud technologies. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions that connect Salesforce with various backend systems and external platforms, including AWS.

As a strategic leader, you will collaborate across business, technical, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support critical business processes across sales, service, and customer operations.

What you’ll do
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform apps.
  • Lead the design and execution of integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, event base solution, middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft), and direct AWS services.
  • Define architecture for event-driven and real-time integrations, including AWS Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
  • Translate complex business requirements into architecture blueprints and detailed technical designs.
  • Own technical governance for Salesforce solutions—driving best practices for code quality, data security, and compliance.
  • Oversee and contribute to DevOps processes for Salesforce using tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align Salesforce with broader enterprise cloud strategy (AWS preferred).
  • Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and resilience across platforms and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, decision logs, and reusable frameworks.
  • Mentor Salesforce developers and admins, and provide leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms, including ERP, custom systems, and cloud-based services (AWS preferred).
  • Expertise in Salesforce APIs, platform limits, security model, and governor limits.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native services in AWS—such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and event-driven patterns.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools tailored for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
