Overview

Salesforce Development Lead (on site)

Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to drive design, development, and integration of our Salesforce instance with a strong focus on CPQ and MuleSoft.

Work model: Onsite. We support a healthy work-life balance and, based on business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4-5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON. Location: Toronto, Ontario Canada.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex to difficult technical tasks independently and provide technical guidance to others.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ development efforts and integrations with external systems via MuleSoft.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions to support complex quoting and pricing flows using native CPQ.
• Define best practices for Salesforce development, including design, code standards, testing and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of demonstrated experience in delivering Salesforce projects.
• 7-12 years of Salesforce CPQ Development Experience.
• 7-12 years of direct experience with APIs, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Incentives: This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
