Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements from Business Analysts and seek clarifications
• Take ownership of the resolution of incidents and minor/standard changes for the respective technology
• Update Project Manager on issues or roadblocks affecting task timelines
• Ensure all development complies with Salesforce.com recommended standards
• Attend meetings organized by the Project Manager and provide status updates on allocated tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Mandatory Sales or Service Cloud Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional Salesforce products such as Vlocity, MuleSoft, and Tableau
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
