About the Role

We are looking for an experienced & effective Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations Team. You will be the primary stakeholder of our Salesforce instance, ensuring the platform is optimized to support our business goals. In this role, you will split your focus between maintaining the extant systems, and building out new data environments to support new initiatives for a growing business.

Core Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • New Environment Design: Build new Objects, Layouts and processes to support new sales & support initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing & rollout support.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated processes using Salesforce Flow to improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Integrity: Complete regular environment audits to ensure data quality. Manage importation of new data as necessary
  • User Support & Training: Act as the primary resource for users. Create enablement materials and assist with onboarding new team members to ensure effective adoption.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a mature B2B Sales Environment
  • Experienced with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud a plus but not required
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Permission Sets & experience deploying production updates
  • Experienced working with vendors and integrating new Salesforce technologies, such as marketing automation software etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly and independently in the absence of internal documentation.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly whether speaking to technical stakeholders or customer facing representatives/users
