A leading automotive manufacturer in Montreal is seeking a Sales Support & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst to manage sales performance and dealer relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, strong data analysis skills, and be bilingual in French and English. This role offers opportunities for advancement and is part of a diverse team dedicated to meeting customer needs.
The job responsibilities of the Sales Support & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst (Contract) include but are not limited to: daily monitoring of Business Centre sales, orders, allocation and scheduling of vehicles; generation of all adhoc reports & presentations utilized by regional staff; liaising with headquarters teams as required on issues relating to daily operations and shipping of vehicles. Also, managing tele-contact dealer relations as it relates to sales operations.
