Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
• Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

What We Offer

• Program Duration : September 18, 2025 – December 8, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs.
• Hours : 40 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Sunday 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM and Monday 12 : 00 PM - 8 : 30 PM
• Compensation : $22 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.
• Training : Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience , ideally with sales targets or incentives.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.
• Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.
• Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Access to a vehicle is required.
• Full availability Thursday to Monday, 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 300 PM .
