What you will do

• Manage inbound calls and assist walk-in customers in a timely manner.


• Answer all email inquiries.


• Resolve customer inquiries and address issues or concerns.


• Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of the various types of tools and equipment.


• Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on existing orders.


• Write up rental agreements.


• Source available equipment from other branches within the region.


• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment.


• Support all team members.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license or working towards a full driver’s license.


• A clean and recent driver’s abstract will be required.

To be considered for this position candidates should have one of the following criteria:

• Recent University or College Graduate


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a sales, business or related program


• Less than 5 Years Work Experience


• A keen interest in advancing a career in sales
