Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients by phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Be our brand representative and establish long-term, meaningful relationships.
  • Customized Solutions: Recognize customers\' needs and provide products / services that suit their business objectives.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own it from lead generation through to closing sales.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure clients have an amazing experience.
  • Meet Targets: Work hard to surpass sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but we\'re willing to consider motivated individuals who are passionate and willing to learn and develop.
  • Licensed preferred, but not necessary: While it\'s nice to have an insurance license, it\'s not a requirement to apply. If you\'re not yet licensed, we\'ll assist you through the process and help you get certified.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to succeed in a virtual, fast-paced environment.
