We’re looking for someone who is sales-focused, approachable, and highly motivated. You will collaborate closely with the Studio Manager, leadership team, and Sales Associates to drive membership sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors—members, prospects, vendors, and guests. You listen, communicate clearly, stay organized, and bring positive energy and fun to the studio every day.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or customer-focused role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or KPIs
  • our ideal candidate must be comfortable and passionate achieving their sales quota
  • Strong ability to build relationships, handle objections, and confidently present membership options
  • Willingness to support and coach Sales Associates on best practices in sales, customer service, and follow-up
  • Comfort executing in-studio and local marketing, social media, and outreach activities to drive leads and membership sales
  • Confidence working with a base pay plus incentive/commission structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Dedicated team player who collaborates closely with the studio leadership team
  • Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
