Overview
Sales Representative — Reporting to the Manager, your position will drive sales to meet or exceed company goals. Customers will receive service in a professional manner. Positive and continuous contact with internal staff is critical to this sales position.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships and secure sales from assigned customers, educate customer on product, service customer needs, conduct job site visits and resolve conflicts
- Work with the Manager to develop Sales Budget
- Provide quotes and process sales ensuring all processes and deadlines are met
- Attend appropriate industry related events
- Respond to designer and production queries
- Proactively and systematically manage customer portfolio
- Attend and participate in weekly/daily sales meetings
- Service counter and call in customers as required
- Assist in design process as required
Knowledge / Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in construction sales or equivalent design experience
- Knowledge of Engineering and Layout Software, and cost reporting
- Knowledge of CAD
- MS Office, MBA (Mitek Business Application)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
